According to Capitol Hill Seattle, back in May, the owners of the Roanoke Tavern had been told they were losing their lease since a new buyer was set to purchase their building on 10th Avenue. The tavern’s owners had also made an offer on the building, but were outbid by potential buyers, who then withdrew. Stay tuned for more details.
