Are there examples of guidelines you’ve seen on other blogs that we can use as a guide? I haven’t seen them, but I am open to the idea.

I don’t like the idea of playing “you’re in a timeout!” parent. I also don’t like the idea of readers / participants / neighbors feeling bullied to the point where they don’t feel safe participating. I also don’t have an interest in creating a polyanna safe place where the only comments allowed are cheerful “rah-rah, you’re right”.

If there’s somewhere that’s doing it right, point me towards them, I’d love to learn.
