Hi! Can you narrow down where you are and anything that could distinguish the cat? Here on the west side of JSIS, we have the undisputed king of the block, Monty, who is an orange tabby and well-known to the neighbors. Very well-fed, mellow, and quite friendly. He usually wears a collar with his tag & phone number, but occasionally he “goes commando”.
