You can donate to the recall campaign from anywhere but the 10,000+ signatures required to trigger a recall election must be from the candidate’s district. And then only D3 residents can vote in the actual recall election. Though a council member’s actions can impact the entire city, any recall has to be at the hands of the relevant district’s voters, which makes sense.
Melody BobricksonParticipantOK
Melody BobricksonParticipantI can’t see it, I’m afraid.
Melody BobricksonParticipantA success story! Thank you for speaking up and stepping up!
Melody BobricksonParticipantHeard back from Tim. He said he forwarded the complaint to the building owner. Hope they are responsive to the issue.
Melody BobricksonParticipantCan you help me understand what “crec” means? Otherwise, I’m sorry to hear that you were bullied by this person. I trust they were blocked and banished from the page!
Melody BobricksonParticipantShame them loudly and often publicly. AG, Yelp, BBB, etc. Go to war.
Melody BobricksonParticipantMy husband will reach out to Tim. I’m not sure I understand your request, though…you want me to call someone named Marie?
Melody BobricksonParticipantPaging through the mountain of records online for this project, it appears that they are in the process of revising their design, adding more floors and an additional 15 units. They now need to reapply for a construction permit. So, apparently, back to square one. They were talking to the city as recently as two days ago, Friday.
Melody BobricksonParticipantNelly could have chosen kinder words. To answer your question, it seems extremely high, even for premium charges like late night or weekend, if that was even part of the equation. If I recall my own interaction with Beacon (which has actually been quite positive) there was an hourly labor rate provided in advance or on the contract they asked me to sign. At any rate, they need to explain what they are up to and if they won’t do so to you, they can do so to the Attorney General’s office — you should file a complaint. Yelp.com and Better Business Bureau, too. Fire all rockets! And good luck in kicking cancer’s ass. I have had to do so a couple times and I’m in your corner!
Melody BobricksonParticipantCathy, you may have better luck contacting Tim Carter, the primary contact listed on construction permit application records.

Good luck and I appreciate the daily updates! This needs to end!
Melody BobricksonParticipantI wonder if a nearby property might be going on the market. Increasingly, Realtors use drones to photograph homes. Could be an agent or one of their team members prepping a sales brochure.
Melody BobricksonParticipantMy goodness that sounds strange.
Melody BobricksonParticipantWow, here’s some big news! https://www.djc.com/news/re/12133616.html
Melody BobricksonParticipantIt must be incredibly difficult, Jack!
