No, I was not. I lived near the incident. I asked as it was a few years ago. Just was asking re details as on the date of my query one of my new neighbors made friends w/ a poorly dressed most likely homeless woman sitting by our mailboxes and not making verbal sense. While I want to be kind to people who need rest the recall of that incident has helped me remember to be cautious. ( c re c)

Change in Wallingford– the Change sis open & on their FB page is info. Blue Star is open. The Popsicle place closed an dis boarded up. Starbucks upstairs of QFC is open. Pacific Inn was serving take-out- bet they are open now with a deck. Is Murphy’s deck open/ Rays Boathouse is open. ( c re c)
