NalandaWest (3902 Woodland Park Ave N), a volunteer-run Buddhist organization offering a “curated selection of teachings and presenters from diverse wisdom traditions” is celebrating its 10th anniversary this weekend, November 15 and 16, with an Open House and weekend of panel discussions, meditation instruction and exploration of the contemplative arts:
What does it feel like to live life more fully awake and alive? All “Awake in Seattle” events are free and open to the public. All of the weekend’s events will give visitors a taste of bringing a contemplative perspective into our lives.
