This is a sticky issue. Guessing wrong has potentially damaging ramifications: overbuy on treats and you end up with a dangerous indulgence situation for at least a month. Ah, but this is THE Wallingford home, as in the home that once belonged to John Wallingford, after whom our dear little neighborhood was named. It’s standing in all its wee craftsman glory up on 1624 N 50th St, just east of the southeast tip of Woodland Park.

Just in time for the holidays, there’s a new shop opening on Wallingford and 44th, the Pacific Northwest Shop. It’s the first branching out from the original Tacoma location for the store, but is spearheaded by Matt and Cedric from Phinney / Ballard.
