Tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day

Tomorrow is the first Saturday in May, which means it’s Free Comic Book Day. Comic lovers can head down to Comics Dungeon (319 NE 45th St.) and choose from a variety of free comic books. Get there early for best selection. Comics Dungeon Saturday hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm.

It also happens to be May 4 tomorrow, so when you see any Star Wars characters roaming around Wallingford, be sure and tell them, “May the 4th be with you!” Celebrants of this intergalactic holiday might want to swing by Trophy Cupcakes for their Star Wars Dozen.…

Wallingford Branch Librarian Teaches Tech

The Wallingford branch of the Seattle Public Library is teaming up with the Wallingford Community Senior Center to bring free technology classes to the public, with the first one, “Web 2.0” taking place this Thursday, May 2, from 2:3o pm to 4:30 pm. The classes will be taught by Wallingford Branch Librarian, Heather McNamee, at the Wallingford Community Senior Center (4649 Sunnyside Avenue North, Basement Level).
