The Wallingford Community Council WallingfordCC.org, has been presenting information about the city’s process including zoning changes for the 2044 Comprehensive Plan. WCC has hosted two informational meetings. It is a heavy lift to educate residents about the proposed zoning changes before the end of the public comment period on December 20^th. A piece of Wallingford history is going up for sale; only this time it’s not a sad loss for our community.  Bedrooms & More, a Wallingford stalwart, has just listed their original building for sale.

Fortunately, they aren’t going anywhere. They will continue to thrive in their fancy new building on the corner of 4th and 45th (designed in the offices of Wallingford Architect Stuart Silk).
