This Sunday, Wallingford United Methodist Church (WUMC) will sponsor a staged reading of Holocaust stories, entitled Surviving Survival. All are welcome to attend.

Two short stories by Polish-Canadian Yiddish writer Chava Rosenfarb will be performed by Tales of the Alchemysts Theatre, weaving together music, song, and dance. Evocative and unsettling, the stories explore the intricacies of memory, guilt, and the delicate balancing act of moving through pain to achieve stability.
Chava Rosenfarb was a survivor of the Lodz ghetto, as well as Auschwitz and Bergen-Belsen concentration camps. Her stories have been translated into English by her daughter, Goldie Morgentaler.
The performance will take place at WUMC, 2115 North 42nd Street, on Sunday, March 23rd at 2:00pm. Suggested donation of $20 per person.
