Mt. Joy, Ethan Stowell’s new climate-focused chicken sandwich joint, is taking over Tavolàta Stone Way — November 18th-20th for a family-focused popup!
They’ll be serving pasture-raised chicken sandwiches, fries, and shakes all weekend. Mt. Joy is a mission-driven company with the goal of supporting climate-smart farming practices and sourcing all ingredients from within 500 miles of Seattle.

This pop-up was designed with families in mind. A Kid’s Meal has been added to the menu, which includes two pasture-raised chicken tenders, a small fry, and milk. The large dining space will feature activities and entertainers for young children:

Kids will also get a free treat! Mt. Joy partnered with Hello Robin to create a custom Climate Cookie, made with local flour grown on farms that practice regenerative agriculture, which builds soil fertility and sequesters carbon.
