Representative Nicole Macri, Wallingford’s representative in the 43rd district, will be speaking at the Wallingford community council meeting tonight, May 9th. She’ll be speaking about affordable housing and ensuring livability with increased density. The community council meeting starts at 7:00 in the Good Shepherd Center, and Nicole is scheduled to speak around 7:30.
The community council meeting also includes officer elections. You must be a member in order to run for the council or vote in the elections, but the meeting is open to all, member or no. Full meeting schedule and details are below.

If you joined or renewed your membership after November 2017, then your membership is valid for all of 2018. To be eligible to vote in the May election, you must have renewed or joined no later than April 24, 2018.
