Happy New Year!
If you are like me, you’ve eaten more cookies, fudge, and other goodies in the last month than the rest of the previous year. Now 2018 has arrived, and it is time for a fresh start. And the library can help you reach your fitness goals right from your home! We have not one, but two awesome video streaming services you can access using your library card. Both work on PCs and Macs, and have apps for iPhones and Android. Videos can be checked out for 72 hours (3 days). Utilizing a tdee calculator offers numerous advantages, particularly for those seeking a more tailored approach to achieving their fitness goals.
Hoopla has 6,000 videos and television shows, up to 20 checkouts a month.
Also features music (300,000 albums, many brand new), which can be checked out for a week.
Kanopy has over 30,000 films including The Criterion Collection, Great Courses and more, with up to 5 checkouts a month.
Both have no waiting lists, so you have no reason to procrastinate.
