Jazz Standards Concert
Enjoy a piano and vocal duo performing favorite jazz standards during lunch! Local Wallingford Baristas Zachary Rushing and Clarkia Cobb perform jazz in various settings across the city and enjoy being a part of the vibrant music scene Seattle has to offer.

BrainDance – For Mobility, Balance and Fun!
BrainDance promotes reorganization of the neurological system and improves circulation, core support, connectivity, and alignment. Build movement confidence and improve balance of body and mind! No dance experience necessary.
All fitness levels welcome. Can be done sitting or standing. Led by Terry Goetz of the Center for Creative Dance.
Wednesdays 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29 – 1:30 – 2:30 pm
$5 members / $7 public suggested donation per class.
Make the Library Work for You
Learn how to find, reserve, and renew items, manage holds and see what items are due. Must have basic internet skills. With the Wallingford branch of the Seattle Public Library.

Review medical situations which may be emergencies and what to do about them. When should you be concerned? Who should you call? When should you call? What can be done before an emergency occurs? Join us to learn more about taking care of yourself and others. If comfortable doing so, bring a list of medical conditions and medication that may be of concern. “Happy Hour” – Meaning-Making through Ritual
Rituals can celebrate, unite, begin or end, and -most of all- honor what is important in our lives. Come together to learn about creating rituals for bringing meaning to experience, invoking positive energy, or marking a milestone. You may participate in or observe a small ritual we will do together, as an example. It is a non-religious activity. Part of our series of “Happy Hour” programs – an hour to stress less and find joy.
