Anyhoo, leaves me a bit disconnected from the neighborhood. So I rely on you all to let me know what’s going on. Specifically, there’s a big holiday coming up, and here’s the sum total of what I know
On Christmas Eve, the Wallingford Presbyterian Church will be celebrating, starting at 7 pm, with a “service of Lessons & Carols with Candle Light and a Surprise Ending! Come hear how Scripture foretells, tells and celebrates the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! Special music includes a beginner saxophonist, an accomplished violinist, our fantastic Music Director and your voice joined with others singing traditional Christmas Carols.”
Murphy’s Irish Pub will be open on Christmas Day with full kitchen in the beginning and limited menu after 5 pm.

There is a new sign on the large unoccupied space of the Prescott (Stone and 40th) that says Join Now/Pay Later — Going to assume some sort of gym facility is moving in. Any insight?
