Woodland Park Zoo is hosting its annual “Hoot for the Hood” – a neighborhood appreciation night for folks who live in Wallingford, Fremont, Phinney Ridge, and Green Lake:
The evening of Friday, June 28, 2013 the zoo invites neighbors to join an after-work mix and mingle. Chat with your neighbors, meet some new faces and hang out with a penguin or two! Then, explore the zoo’s new Bamboo Forest Reserve exhibit. Woodland Park Zoo encourages neighbors to bring their friends and family to enjoy animal encounters, face painting, and conservation crafts.
WHEN: Friday, June 28, 2013, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Woodland Park Zoo’s West Plaza. Enter through the zoo’s West Entrance on Phinney Ave. N. between N. 55th & N. 56th Streets.
