In honor of National Physical Therapy Month (who knew?), Union Physical Therapy LLC at the Good Shepherd Center (4649 Sunnyside Avenue North, Ste. 302) is hosting a day of free consultations and assessments on Tuesday, October 30, from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Here’s more info from the owner, Mitch Owens (MsPT, CMPT):
The sessions will be from 15-30 minutes depending on the level of community interest and can cover a broad range of orthopedic physical therapy topics. These topics could include but are not limited to the following areas: exercise and flexibility recommendations, foot wear recommendations, orthotics use, assessment of an orthopedic pain issue (ie low back pain, knee pain etc), ergonomics suggestions, bike fitting discussion, training recommendations, and discussion of balance/vertigo issues.
We would encourage people to RSVP (call ph 206.588.0855 or email scheduling @ www.unionpt.com) and provide a time that they would like to attend so we can guarantee them a time with one of us.
A little bit about our practice:
We are a cooperative of three PTs. My wife Elisa Owens and I started Union PT with our partner Andrew Eisen in December of last year. We are located in the Good Shepherd Center on Sunnyside Ave. Quality patient care lies at the center of our business model. We provide one on one hour long visits and focus on promoting independent wellness for our patients. You can read more about Union PT and check out some photos of our unique practice space on our website www.unionpt.com.
