Wallyhood welcomes back our sponsor, Kirchoff Fitness, an indoor/outdoor bootcamp that brings fun and innovative exercises to Wallingford during the fall and winter seasons. The bootcamp is perfect for working moms, as well as moms who stay home with their kiddos, and it’s great for all levels of fitness.
Kirchoff Fitness is owned by Seattle Magazine’s Bootcamp Instructor of the Year, Chris Kirchoff, who tells us, “Helping people to realize their goals and dreams is extremely rewarding. I get to observe people change their own lives with the help of their community, friends family etc. I learn so much from watching others. This group is the most inspiring group of women!”
Classes meet three days a week at 5:30 am at the Wallingford Boys and Girls Club. To mix it up, Chris takes the class to the Wallingford Playfield, Meridian Park, or Lower Woodland Park for some outdoor activities; or, if the weather’s crummy, she’ll move the class indoors. The fall/winter season schedule follows (in the summer, she takes the camp to Golden Gardens):
September 17- October 12
October 22-November 16
December 3- December 21
January 7- February 1
Sign up now by clicking here. Each 4 week session is $199 + tax.
Here’s what some folks have to say about Chris’s bootcamp:
Bootcamp has changed my life – for the better. I love the person I’ve become. Before Bootcamp, I struggled with weight, could not run, or even walk very far. I had 50 extra pounds on my frame and I looked years older. I am now an active person and love to run, hike, bike, skate, and swim. – Ari
I was so excited when I found Chris’s bootcamp class! I had been struggling with keeping to a routine for working out. I credit Chris with helping to improve my physical and mental health. Getting my endorphins flowing at 05:30 ensures I will have a good day. Chris’s bootcamp has become a way of life for me. – Amy

Read our welcome message to get the feeling for who they are, then ask yourself: do I deserve a good night’s sleep?

Scarecrow Video is not just one the best independent video stores in Seattle, it’s one of the best in the country. And now, Scarecrow Video has a coffee/tea bar in the store? Check it out!
