There are cat missing signs in West Wallingford for a very similar looking cat. I will pull a number and pass this number along. The missing poster did not mention anything about sloth, indulgence, or Harley Davidsons though, so it may not be a match.
I’m a volunteer for Seattle Animal Shelter. I think the best thing to do here is take this kitty to the shelter to see if he is microchipped. If not, they will find him a great new home. If you want any help doing this, please call me at 206-355-4920.
I think that the proper Seattle-ese translation of the poster on the top is, “get your f’ing cat out of my backyard”.
I’d be happy to adopt the cat on the bottom poster.
I wonder if this is the cat my bf&I found on the Burke Holman tonight, around 7:45. Long tail? Very very sweet. We took it to the 24 hour pet clinic on stone at about 42nd. There was no microchip, two tags for license&shots, no name or owner’s #. The clinic said they’d contact the listed agencies to try to find the owner. If not, Seattle Animal Shelter for re-adoption.
This cat looks very much like the cat I’ve seen in my back yard for literally years. It is very shy, you cannot get near it. It appears to belong to no one but does not look in bad condition for a feral cat. I saw it some weeks ago but it has not been a frequent visitor of late.
These cats may very well be cats abandoned by former home owners. Cats are often far more attached to places than people. With the huge rodent population we have and the tendency for many owners to leave a bowl of food out for the cat, they are probably eating and drinking well. If they are unsociable, you are signing death warrants if you call animal control.
I happen to know that the original poster was attempting to see if this cat was lost, and could reunited with his people. They have no intention of surrendering him to a kill shelter. They are big cat lovers themselves. 🙂

Not the same cat, this one has no collar & would not have let you pick him up.
Is this for real?
I would like to go out with the second one.
