Bubbles, face painting, treat-filled plastic eggs, and of course that lovable long-eared galoot, the Easter Bunny. Once again, it’s time for the annual Easter Celebration and Food Drive at Wallingford Center (1815 N. 45th St.), happening this Saturday, April 7. The festivities kick-off at 9:00am on the West Plaza:
- The Bubbleman performs 9:00AM on the West Plaza.
- Egg hunt 10:00 am – 10:10 am (Bring your own baskets. Don’t be late. The hunt goes quickly). Meet the Easter Bunny, enjoy face painting and entertainment for the family ’till noon.
- Support Wallingford Center’s annual Spring Food Drive – please bring a non-perishable donation to benefit Family Works.Wallingford Center
Wallingford Center will be closed Easter Sunday, April 8th
I am curious about other Easter activities in the neighborhood.
I attended a church service one Easter morn on Gasworks Hill. Will this happen again this year?
