This Friday, swing your partner and dosey doe Gypsy Squares-style. The Gypsy Squares along with the Rabbit Stew String Band hold an old-fashioned, foot-stompin’ square dance at the Gypsy Cafe (3510 Stone Way N.) The hoe-down happens every third Friday of each month from 8pm – 11pm.
“No experience is necessary as live callers ensure everyone knows what to do and when to do it,” according to Alex from the Rabbit Stew String Band. The Gypsy Cafe is a great all ages venue, with beer and wine for the adults, snacks and drinks for younger folks, and cafe service throughout the night.
$5/person at the door, 18 and under always free.
