Just in time for Cold and Flu Season, Fuerte Fitness (1225 North 45th Street) is holding a free wellness event on Tuesday, October 18 from 5pm – 8pm. Volunteers from the Foundation for Wellness Professionals will be providing free wellness screenings that include stress and adrenal testing, chemical toxicity testing, and blood pressure.
Fuerte Fitness will also be giving free chair massages, a yoga and hula hoop workshop, spinal examinations and complimentary refreshments. Download the flier here and let your friends and neighbors know.
