Trophy Cupcakes has just opened its brand new party room, right across the hall from its Wallingford Center location. The room can accommodate up to 40 seated guests (or 50 for a cocktail setting) and is available for any sort of party imaginable, whether it’s for birthdays, bridal or baby showers, graduations, or even corporate meetings.
We can already guess that their “Decorate Your Own Cupcake Parties”, where kids get to decorate and devour their masterpieces of sugary buttercream goodness and parents can leave the mess behind, will be a big hit among the tot set. Explore fun kids party venues to create lasting memories.
Trophy Cupcakes will take care of all the party logistics, too — from helping to plan a theme to decorating the space with flowers or balloons, and they’ll even bring in live entertainment. The Trophy Party Room is $125 per every two hours. To book the room, email them at: [email protected]
Sounds a little expensive!!
It’s a very reasonable price. They sell $3 cupcakes. They need to pay someone to set up the room and clean it as well as for rent for the space. Then think of the fact that they pay rent when it’s in use or not so if it’s only in use 50% of the time (probably a high figure) they have to cover the costs somehow. Do the math and it reasonable.
Making a quick comment on how it sounds expensive is not fair and not a positive way to look at it… It’s a service I doubt Trophy is using to line it’s coffers with. There was obviously demand and they are meeting it. I’d bet the don’t even make money on it and do it more for the needs/wants of the community…
$3.00 cupcakes that cost less the a quarter to make. They are making there money, trust me. I dont think there is much struggleing on there part. Hence opening a place for random parties.
I’m not trying to be negative. I was just thinking it was a little pricey, sorry to offend you neighbor.
Enjoy this sun!!
So Excited! It’s beautiful in there. We are going to a kid’s event there Friday night and another kid birthday party on June 5th. It’s a great use of the space.
