Sadly, we were not able to attend this year’s Wallingford Home Tour. We heard in passing that it was a great time (built-in beer taps in the kitchen, f’reals?). So, Wallingford, if you did the tour, let us know how it went. Leave comments below, or, if you’ve got photos or something more to share, please e-mail us and we’ll repost.
Thanks!
Our house was on it and we had a wonderful group of people through. We met a ton of new neighbors. Unfortunately, I didn’t get out to any of the other houses, but I heard great reports.
We went on the tour and really enjoyed the mixture of houses—new and old and lots in between. A big thank you to all who welcomed us into their homes!
I took my 8-year-old granddaughter and we had a wonderful time. She loved looking at all the kids’ rooms! It was a very generous gesture for our neighbors to open their homes. I thank each of you!
. It was so interesting. The variety ranged from older craftsman, remodeled homes new construction to built green homes. Thank every one who welcomed us into their homes.
My first year going and enjoyed it. Loved the mix of old, new and very new. My brother actually built the house with the tap in the kitchen. So nice to see a packed house and many oohs and aahs.
What a cool tour! It was great to meet our neighbors and get ideas for renovating our place.
