Bicycles
Sunday, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, cyclocross racers will be tearing up Woodland Park in a set of muddy, ridiculous and probably dangerous sets. Free kids race at 12:15 pm for kids under 10. They probably won’t get as wrecked as the guy on the right, but you never know. More info at the MFG Cyclocross web site, but most of it’s confusing.
Pace yourselves people. Don’t try to do it all.
Also, don’t forget that Saturday is the 3rd annual CoolMom Swap n’Sale, where you will find plenty of gently used toys, games, books and kid gear at reasonable prices. The sale runs from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm upstairs at the Wallingford Boys and Girls Club.
The cyclocross race in Lower Woodland Park on Sunday is really fun and very spectator (and kid) friendly. Come check it out, last year was a blast!
