You kinda gotta squint to recognize it in the picture, but that’s the Quizno’s on the corner of 45th and Sunnyside in this for sale listing on the WA Broker’s web site:

I want this post to be right at midnight.
Has *any* restaurant managed to last at this location longer than a year or two? (Admittedly, they’ve all been chain franchises.)
After Boston Market left, it’s been a blur.
Oh, are we “North Lake Union” now?

I’m actually disappointed to hear this since Quizno’s is the only sandwich place in the area. 45th street is in serious need of a good sandwich shop.
Could we get a Jimmy Johns now please? I want one on our side of I-5 so I can have their delicious subs delivered to my door!
I second the motion for a quality (independent) sandwich shop on 45th. No JJ’s please. The Subway doesn’t count either.
