You’ve probably seen those new group coupon services popping up: Groupon, LivingSocial, etc.: they offer the opportunity to buy coupons at local establishments for steep discounts for a limited time (usually the deal is only offered for a single day). We mentioned LivingSocial’s “$100 coupon for $50” Cantinetta deal a little while back, for example.
A new one focusing exclusively on Seattle restaurants just launched, Emerald City Eats, and today’s deal is for $75 worth of food and drink at Wallingford’s Smash Wine Bar and Bistro for $46. It’s good for one year (except during happy hour), but if you want it, you have to buy the coupon by midnight tonight.
Thanks, Jeff, corrected.
