Melissa Benaroya and Robin Dowdy are hosting Mommy Matters, another series of classes for new moms in Wallingford (that is, the classes are in Wallingford, the moms can be from wherever). We reproduce their e-mail here in all its technicolor glory:
Mommy matters
Mommy matters, led by local parent educators, is an opportunity for mothers of toddlers to get support and learn about what matters most as your child hits the “two’s”. Mommy matters blends Love and Logic principles, Gottman techniques and personal coaching.
· Nurture & strengthen relationships with self, child(ren) and partner
· Gain insight as to how your child learns
· Learn behavior management strategies
· Feel confident about YOUR parenting choices!
