Looks like 44th to me, looking out from the South side of the Wallingford Center.
It’s looking east from Wallingford Center across Burke Ave N.
It is Burke Ave N, the view from the east side of Wallingford Center.
I’d think anyone who’s been to the Farmer’s Market there could identify that; that’s why I knew what it was….
