If you’re wondering what all those helicopters are doing circling Wallingford, according to the Northwest Cable News’ Twitter feed:
Seattle Police are actively involved in a search for suspects following a bank robbery in Everett, WA. One person is already in custody.
SEATTLE – A bank robbery in Everett turned into a two-county police chase that ended in Seattle this afternoon.
Everett Police Sgt. Bob Goetz says a bank was robbed in the 11100 block of Evergreen Way at about 4:40 p.m. A witness was able to get a license plate.
At some point, a Snohomish County sheriff’s deputy spotted the vehicle nearby and began pursuing the vehicle down to Seattle.
The vehicle was abandoned in the Wallingford neighborhood.
Goetz says one person is in custody but another is still on the loose.
Video from the scene shows police and a K-9 searching through yards for the suspect.

I live on Sunnyside on the 3700 block. Saturday morning a neighbor discovered that someone had broken into their laundry room and spent the night on the floor. Burnt matches and a cigarette butt were found. The police were called. They think he might have hidden in their compost bin until late in the evening and then moved to the laundry room.
